Depends on how heavy the thing you're measuring is... the standard volumes of these measurements are considered 5ml tsp, 1/3pint cup

Can't say unless I know what you're measuring. Grams are a measure of weight. Teaspoons and cups are measures of volume. There's no way to convert between the two without knowing the density of the substance being measured.
