Hi Divya, I think you are just a kid now. If you are in a good school where you can find teachers who can guide you thru on this subject. Do consult them. They will tell you how many biological improvements that take place both in a man and a women after physical relationship.
However I am not sure if you either are suffering from Contreltophobia- Fear of se*ual abuse or Erotophobia- Fear of se*ual love or se*ual questions. But do take guidance on the subject.

sex is a testicle which deffrentiate man & woman . when they intract is called sexual intecourse , yes sex is very imporatant in life if some is not married or not satisfied with his sexual desire they always go in a wrong way do rape & child abuse type of crime , scintifically it release some type of enztme which keeps u cool & tentionfree, just take an example of husband & wife they querrel each day have sex in the night & in the morning they forget the querell & start a fresh
