a demo of a program called mpeg joiner and mpeg splitter. or www.doom9.org has a lot of tools for editing. you could get a convertor , and convert the avi into wmv and then use windows movie maker to strip the sequence then you can remake a sequence from all the frames as needed. you can use nero as well or mgi videowave but its more complicated as some files arent compatible and a lot of other conversions are needed

You need a splitter.

well, what you need is some kind of video editor...

there is one built into windows xp, it's called Movie Maker...
