what do i do when i cant find the start button on my computer?

Steps to take:
1.If u have changed ur screen resolution and the Start Button has dissappeared then try putting the screen resolution to the lowest possible one and see if it comes back

2.Maybe u have set ur taskbar to autohide and its not coming up anymore. Try pressing the Windows icon key on the keyboard and see if the taskbar comes up

3.If all else fails try this Taskbar repair tool

Well, Using Windows, it does happen that you lose it some times...

look for a little gray 'line' on the bottom of the screen, if it's not there, check each of the other sides (left, right, and top). if you see it, try to move your mouse over it. if it pop's up from there, the auto hide is turned on. right click on the bar and go into properties. Auto hide is in there to turn off.

if the little gray line doesn't move at all, but you did find that, then try to hover your mouse right over the edge of it, and the mouse should change to a two pointer, when it's like that, left click, hold the button, then drag away from the edge...

now that you have the start bar back, if it's on the wrong edge (if it's on either side and you want it on the bottom for example), click the bar right in the middle and hold the mouse button, then drag it to where you want it to go...

Press the Windows key on your keyboard and it will come up then right click on the blue and then properties>taskbar tab
Then select the options you need.
