What are you trying to sue for money? If it's money you want the answer is no, but if you want this woman to go to jail then yes it's called Statutory Rape because of your age you are not able to give consent to any sexual acts but you will not get any money because it's a sex crime not a crime against you person you didn't have medical bills you may have mental distress but any judge in his/her right mind will not charge her with anything other than statutory because they rather see her get locked up than pay you money and get off easy, she will on the other hand get locked up. But you have to think if she does then your stuck raising that child because over all else you are the father

If a civil suit was able to presented it is unlikely any compensation would begranted. A criminal court will most likely order restitution be paid by the offender. A % of the restitution goes into a fund related to the crime, a % might go to the court & a % goes to pay for any services the child might be provided like counsling. Im assuming that no significant pysical harm was done & you arent out any large sums of money so it is unlikely your kid will get any cash.
By the way you should be more concerned about your kid & his kid.

It would be easier to answer if we knew what state or country you are from. In any case..no, if you live where the age of consent is 14. If the consent age is higher than 14 you can go to the police for statutory rape, since she is 21 but I doubt you get any monetary compensation (money) since it is a sex crime.

If you were under age, having sex with an adult female, and she had a child, but was not prosecuted for it within the statute of limitations, than no you may not be able to get compensation.
You could be ordered to pay child support.
In March of 2005, the Michigan Supreme Court ruled in favor of a woman who was 27 when she had sex with an 11-year-old. She was married at the time and got pregnant without informing the boy or his parents. Fifteen years later, she got a divorce, but when her husband tried for custody of the child, she informed the court that the child was not his. She then filed for retroactive child support against the then 27 year old father, and won. He appealed, but lost.
In Topeka, Kansas, an 18-year-old sitter got pregnant by an 11-year-old, whom she was having sex with while being paid by his parents to watch him when they went out. She filed for child support and won, all the way to the state supreme court. She was not prosecuted because the boy didn't complained about the abuse during the time, according to the county prosecutor. They both appeared on Oprah, when he turned 18 and was trying to get the order stopped so that he could go to college. He was called a deadbeat dad for not wanting to support his child from his minimum wage job.

i don't know of any state where the age of consent is as low as 14, so any 21 year old woman who has sex with a 14 year old boy should be guilty of statutory rape. report it to the police and see what happens.

Not likely. You would probably be imprisoned for rape. But maybe not.
