anybody out there from stoke on trent, if so when did you last have a cheese oatcake, i had one for breakfast, nice with tommy sauce on

oatcakes are similar to pancakes but thicker and more doughy and you can put anything you like in them but they are best done under the grill with cheese on let the cheese melt fry some bacon put that on then oodles of tomatoe sauce (tommy sauce)

Last time I had one was yesterday......cheese and fresh tomato and broiwn (!) sauce.

I'm not from Stoke the Trent (which sounds like a rather unpleasant act with a fish) But I do like cheese oatcakes and I had three this morning with butter.
