There is a time and place for espousing your love of Christianity, but work is not it. I really do wish that people would stop "witnessing". Can't you just live a wonderful and loving life without feeling the need to stuff it down other peoples throat? Live by example and you will find that if people admire you for your lifestyle they will come to you and ask.

Yes, I find it easy to witness where ever I go. The Bible refers to the children of God as salt and light in the earth. Salt is a season that creates a thirst and light attracts people. We are to let our light shine so that people will see our good works and God gets the glory. Not everyone will be drawn to the believer but people will be drawn when the Holy Spirit drawns them. We must make sure to use wisdom i.e., we are actually at work to work thus we must be able to seize the moment; beingprepared to share the good news of Christ!
Godspeed!

I have told everyone about my beliefs but if they don't want to know I shutup. It's better to pray for opportunities to share Jesus before you go out and be expectant, someone you come into contact with may be looking for someone like you to tell them about Him. The promptings of the Spirit have led me to pray for healing and it was a miracle, instant healing of a skeptical non christian and the most amazing thing God has asked me to do! Keep praying for the Spirit to guide, be willing to do what He asks of you, and don't be afraid to look a fool for christ. It's as much the way you live your life as what you say that will show people what Jesus is like. Be aware that when you step out in faith, persecution will come, and you will need to have a strong faith to stay in the race, but great blessings will follow. I have helped on Alpha, and I was a cell leader until recently, God has told me I will preach the gospel and that I will be gifted with prophetic evangelism. It's all in His time, and I'm looking forward to getting stuck in! Spend lots of time with god and just listen for his voice, I'm sure your path with be clear.

Here's a suggestion...
...whether you find it easy to share (sp?) your love for Christ at work or at home, just try and contain your excitement.
Frankly, you ought to self-examine why your decision to invade other people's personal space to thrust your belief set upon them is any different than so-called religious fanaticism and unwanted solicitation. And when you examine it, try and be logical, and avoid using thought processes such as "just because" and "because the Bible said so" or "God's will".

It sounds good that share our love in every walk of like but the truth is it doesn't come that easy. From the person that cuts you off in traffic to the boss that is on your case, we find ways to block out the love that we claim on Sundays. However it is what we are called to do and we are suppose to do.
I do try to carry my faith with me everywhere I go but I can say I do fall short. Still I don't give up. I am not ashamed of the name of Jesus Christ and I do carry it on me at all times.

I would describe myself as a true Christian, with therefore a goodly attitude to all things.
But in a workplace, or indeed in general society, I would not force my views on anyone else.
Each to their own, and may that attitude among all help to increase a bit more harmony in the world.

I'm a spiritual warrior. When I walk in a room, some people
stop talking. It's called presence. People's spirit pick up on
yours when you have a strong spirit. Some will even get up and walk out of the room, because they have a weak spirit and don't want to be around you.
People hated on me for years. It's my nature to be reserved.
And it really bothered me. Till I read about the spiritual warrior.
Then I understood.
We all have different personalities, and I'm not speaking for everyone. But you will understand.
"If you love God. The world will hate you."
And you don't have to preach. Or correct them when their
wrong. All you have to do is be in the same room when they
talk about their coworkers, and talk their nasty sex talk. And
if you don't join in the conversation. They will hate your guts."
But I finally realized. I'm not the one bothering them. It's their
conscience that is bothering them.
KEEP THE FAITH

I am shy by nature. So i don't like to say much about it. I have a hard time opening up to people, i have too much a wall built up around me to protect me. Though God wants me to be a preacher of all things. Sometimes i wonder how long i can avoid it.

What you're really asking is as follows: Xtians, do you pester everyone around you to death to accept you superstitious drivel.
They should realise that not everybody is as gullible and poorly educated as they are.

Christ should be shared within the confines of your home. No one likes to get preached too, put your denomination in your pocket. Have faith that science will succeed since it has disproved the bible numerous times.
