I use capelin roe. I have some in my freezer right now. They are itty bitty eggs. They have a nice salty flavour that tastes great with daikon radish and a bit of wasabi.

its orange caviar.
Its a fish roe.. not sure if its lumpfish or another fish but you can get it from almost any deli and most supermarkets now. Its not an expensive caviar, its pretty common
