My thought: Who are we to assume that God didn't use evolution as his way of creating things?

Why can't they go together instead of one or the other? Yes the bible says "1 day" for creating things, but how long is one day to God?

Creation, no doubt. Why? The birth of animals and human beings, all that the eye can take in, the conscience inside you that tells you right from wrong. Evolution is a theory from man, creation is from God. What are the chances of two of every kind of specie on the planet male and female? What are the chances of everything functioning the way it does in the evolution theory, ie, the moon, the sun, the weather- how that we can exist with the atmosphere around us? People say that to believe in God is ridiculous. By far, it is much more ridiculous to believe in an evolution without God.

The Vedic scriptures describe an evolution of consciousness as the living entity takes birth in various species of life until finally he attains the human form of life. The human form of life is meant for self realization, as it is only in this form that one has the intelligence to inquire about the Absolute Truth.

Scientists use this ability to inquire to search for the cause of this material world. Ultimately they conclude that the cause is material, a Big Bang. But where did the ingredients for this Big Bang come from? Even if we accept that the material energy was unmanifest in the beginning, the mathematical formulas used to describe this unmanifest state are so complex we can hardly say they represent nothing. And besides where do these laws of nature come from? Materialistic people will conclude that these laws are the Absolute Truth.

Those that are spiritually inclined look beyond the material causes. They understand that they are not this body made of flesh, bones, blood, mucus and stool, that they are the atma, or spirit soul within the body. So they look for the cause of both spiritual and material energies.

They're all the same thing. God uses science to do his madness. Be it a Big Bang, or molecular fusion, God is behind it all you could say. However i refuse to say that man came from Apes. Is there evolution? Definatly. But do fish evlove into man? Rediculious. ALSO, I choose to go against the bible for wich man was created.... Or maybe the words are just wrong... But man was not created out of clay.

God is the shortcut to science.

Evolution - the entire world of evidence is behind it.

I read both sides - thoroughly - and discovered what evolution is and what the creationists thought it was were two entirely seperate things.

Evolution is just plain right - too much evidence for, no evidence against. :)

Though of course, the creationists will try to claim otherwise... well SUPRISE fools, I read your books and know that your 'evidence' does not stand up.

Evolution is how god's great creation unfolds in time. In the timelessness of the eternal, it is all created at once.

I see you poor, unenligthened folks have not yet heard the Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster! It was His Noodly Appendage that created all things!
Cast down your false gods, your foolish belief in "science" (though there are mountains and mountains of evidence to support it) and come worship the Pastafarian God!
