I think your metabolism makes an adjustment to the lower calories and higher excercise and starts to slow down to prevent weight loss. It's a pretty normal part of losing weight and in one sense a good sign that you reached that stage. Stick with it and keep going, with the diet and excercise and the weight loss should resume at a healthier rate.

Congratulations! You've stopped losing weight because you've become more healthy! As you muscles, heart and lungs have gotten stronger and more efficient, they now need to work harder to do have the same effect they did when you first started. Don't decrease your caloric intake. You're stronger now and more able to use the nutrients you take in. Try something simply like adding hand and or ankle weights when you're out for your walk. Keep up the good work!

well it's simple ,before u lost 15 kg ur body burned far more calories in a 40 minute walk but now that u have lost that awesome amount of weight ur body would not burn the same amount of calories as it used to, so just try to increase physical activity level & u will do gr8

You need to change up your workout program. Once your body gets used to something it slows down on losing the weight. So if your jogging...switch to the bike one day...walk another...and do arobics another. Just keep changing it up and you will se more results....also stay away from carbs...just eat them in the morning and proteins in the afternoons and nightime...you will see a drastic change.

When you eat unhealthy for such a long time, your blood changes in such a way that it cannot carry toxins and heavy metals out of the body. If the body cannot get rid of waste then it stores them in fat bone and muscle which can fool people into thinking that they are over fat, but rather over toxic. The body stores them to keep them from damaging organs and out of circulation. Also heavy metals and toxins all carry a positive charge so the body considers them to be electrolytic, so the body will store more water which just makes you look even fatter.
Trick is in most cases get rid of the toxins and heavy metals and you will find the weight will come of extremely quickly even without excercising. The body will do anything to get healthy given half a chance and it sees toxins as extremely unhealthy.
What happens is eat healthy (lots of raw vegetables) and it changes the blood and organs in a way that that it can start to get rid of toxins in the blood at the particular time. In the body things move from high concentration to low concentration. Get rid of toxins in the blood and guess what you have low concentration in the blood and high concentration in fat, bone and muscle so they end up coming out and as long as you keep eating healthy the exchange will continue to take place.

Depening on how fat you are its really not good to do intense hard workouts, it can indirectly make you even fatter.
