With all the arguments/discussions between Christians and Atheists, you are often overlooked. My apologies for my part in that.
Would you tell us of your love, and how Love is a part of your faith?
And to clarify, by listing Wiccans, Pagans, and Satanists, I do not intend to suggest that the terms are interchageable.

Being overlooked isn't always a bad thing. At very least, we can stay on the sidelines with some popcorn and watch the fireworks. It's amusing, sometimes. ;)
Love, eh? Well, to go through the old Irish triads, you'll see love mentioned several times - love for your neighbors, love for your family, love for the gods.... Love is part of the bond that links us together, as well as what makes it a bond of choice, as opposed to a bond of fear.

what's the variety between and wiccan and a pagan? Wicca is a denomination of paganism. All Wiccans are pagan, yet no longer all pagans are Wiccan. Traditions/denominations determination from Kemetic, to Asatru, to Hellensimos. What are the middle beliefs of both? there is no longer middle theory outdoors of being polytheists or maybe that would nicely be debated in some trads. Do you've faith in any deitys? for sure. i'm a polytheist. What do your rituals contain? relies upon on the holy tide and objective.

I'm an eclectic pagan. I feel love and compassion for all beings, even those who are constantly on the attack due to fear and doubt. That doesn't mean I never feel frustrated or angry with other people's behavior, but that I try to understand where they are coming from as well as why what they are doing makes me have that reaction.
I often use the saying "namaste" and "en lakech" both of which mean something similar (depending where you look them up). Namaste is a Sanskrit greeting meaning "the buddha in me sees the buddha in you" and en lakech is a Mayan greeting meaning "I am another yourself". Basically it's just reminding us that we are all the same, we are energy beings living in a physical world.

Love huh?
A key element for me is the Law of Retribution. What you send out will be returned to you three-fold. More often then not this gets mentioned in the same breath as the Rede (And it harm none, do what you will). It is used as a means of giving teeth to the Rede. “Pagans don’t do bad works because it will come back and bite them in the butt.”
But the flip side to this is the more one lives ones life as an act of love the more love is returned to the person. I know I’m a happier person when I am gentle, helpful, giving and charitable. The more I give to others the more is returned to me. This is not to say that I give only to get. I give because it makes everything better.
Peace,
Pabs.

Lots of people claim to be what thier not. Calling themselves
something out of weakness. To be a part.
When in fact we're individuals. There is nothing wrong with using
spiritual power, if it is used properly. And that's the catch.
What if you wish for money, and your favorite Uncle Joe kicks
the bucket and leaves you some money.
Or cast a love spell and create an obsessed stalker. Magic
is not play.
Do we ever consider there is karma in the spirit world too? And
we will have to work all that out with beings we abuse? I read
that our spirits have to learn to break away from the influence
of very planetary sphere before can move on in spirit later.
I always say, wicked people use knowledge to control others.
Righteous people use knowledge to gain self-control.

Well there is a saying..."In perfect Love and in perfect Trust"....
Love is seen as a very Positive force to many on the Pagan Path. It is seen as something to be strived for and shown in the works that you do for your family, friends and the world at large. The feeling of love is seen as a gift from the Gods and no greater force exists.

I'm Wiccian, and love is love, no matter what religion you are. I can't speak for the others, but the human emotion of love transcends your religious, racial, or sexual orientation. We do tend to be more understanding of losing our loved ones, because we believe in reincarnation. Death is less of a strain, and sorrow is mixed with hope, and the knowlage that they will live again, and we will meet again. Also, on a lighter note, you can screw over a wiccian, and not get horrible revenge from them, since we believe that everything we do comes back to us 10 times over....so we are not prone to getting lovers revenge like other religions tend to do. LOL

There are different types of Love. I have a certain kind of Love for my husband... and different kind for my son... and a type of "Love" which is more like respect for those outside of my family and friends. I respect life in general. As for people, if they don't show respect (or Love as many mainstreamers put it), then I don't feel I need to show it to them in return.

LaVeyan Satanist - and yes, we're Atheists.
Satanism represents kindness to those who deserve it instead of love wasted on ingrates.
You cannot love everyone; it is ridiculous to think you can.If you love everyone and everything you lose your natural powers of selection and wind up being a pretty poor judge of character and quality. If anything is used too frequently it loses it's true meaning. Therefore, Satanists believe you should love strongly and completely those who deserve your love, but never turn the other cheek to your enemy.
Love is one of the most intense emotions felt by man; another is hate Forcing yourself to feel indiscriminate love is very unnatural. If you try to love everyone, you only lessen your feelings for those who deserve your love. Repressed hatred can lead to many physical and emotional ailments. By learning to release your hatred towards those who deserve it, you cleanse yourself of these malignant emotions and need not take your pent-up hatred out on your loved ones.
There has never been a great "love" movement in the history of the world that hasn't wound up killing countless numbers of people, we must assume, to prove how much they loved them! Every hypocrate who ever walked the earth has had pockets bulging with love!
Every pharisaical religionist claims to love his enemies, even though when wronged he consoles himself by thinking "God will punish them." Instead of admitting to themselvesthat they are capable of hating their foes and treating them in the manner they deserve, they say: "There, but for the grace of God, go I,"and "pray" for them. Why would we humiliate and lower ourselves by drawing such inaccurate comparisons?
Satanism has been thought of as being synonymous with cruelty and brutality. This is so only because people are afraid to face the truth - and the truth is that human beings are not all benign or all loving. Just because the Satanist admits he is capable of both Love and Hate, he is considered hateful. On the contrary, because he is able to give vent to his hatred through ritualized expression, he is far MORE capable of love--the deepest kind of love. By honestly recognizing and admitting to both the love and the hate that he feels, there is no confusing one emotion with the other.Without being able to experience one of these emotions, you cannot FULLY experience the other.
