are feeling,and try and get some alone time

The only way to forget a first love is get a brain transplant. Hey sorry, this isn't the advice you are looking for hey. Well, firstly, get awy. Don't be in her presence the whole time. spens some time alone. maybe it will give her time to miss you. hopefully there is a chance that you guys get together again, but get out of her face for a few months. Thats a completely normal thing to feel.I was the same when i split up with my first girlfriend.I remwmber feeling really sick every time i saw her and kept comparing everything to when i was with her.Don't worry though it passes with time, im 5 years down the line now and it doesnt bother me at all any more.I dont think there is anything you can do to make your hurting stop, but remember that in the future, good things will happen and you will find the same feelings you had with your ex with someone else :) good luck :D

you shouldn't move on to a new girlfriend because it's not fair to drag her into your emotional problems. At the same time, you need time to get over the first girlfriend before you can start afresh. Ask yourself why you broke up with her? Why has she moved on? You need to come to terms with that first. Quit entertaining thoughts of any reconciliation because once a vase is cracked, you can't mend the cracks no matter what. Apologize to your present girlfriend if you have to.
