You can get it in bigger containers eg plastic, but you cannot get the bottles. Might just be too heavy and too much easier to drop and break.

I have a 3 L Casa Noble Tequila bottle, but you are right I have not seen many bottles over 1.75

There are liquor bottles bigger than that available here in Ontario, Canada. I've seen ones where the bottle is at least three feet high. Mind you they cost a few hundred dollars.

I have purchased 3 litter bottles of Johnny Walker in Japan.
Where do you live?
Maybe YOU can be trusted with anything bigger than 1.75
Maybe they think that you would drink your self to death with a bigger bottle.
Maybe they have seen drunk before

Why would you need a bottle any bigger then a handle? Just get two if so....easier to transport.

Local brew you can buy in plastic jerry cans.

YOU CAN GET SOME BIG LITRE BOTTLES BUT THEY ARE QUITE EXPENSIVE...most people wouldnt buy them if they were dearer so they market the more affordable sizes...
