No. You would need about 2 handfuls of raspberries to count as 1 of your 5.

Actually it works against you. When you mix fruit with sugar that counteracts the effects of the fruit. You are better off eating some fruit and then later on eating some vanilla ice cream.

No, rasbberry ripple contains no fruit and counts as a far.
The best thing is to avoid ice cream entirely if you are a human being.

Absolutely. It is a little known fact that you can get your daily servings of fruit from a varitey of sources. For example, did you know that a jelly filled donut filled with raspberry jam counts as a serving of fruit? Yes, it's true.

That counts as much as getting your fruit portions per day as much as having a few packets of ketchup will get you your fill of vegetables for the day. Remember when Ronald Reagan suggested that very thing?

Being from the U. S., i stumbled in this to be an exciting question, yet after a rapid seek, it has an elementary answer... No. listed below are the ingrediance for the Lilt 0 carbonated water, fruit juices from concentrates 5% (pineapple, grapefruit), citric acid, acidity regulator (E331), sweeteners (aspartame, acesulfame ok), flavourings, preservative (E202), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), stabilisers (E412, E445), color (beta-carotene). encompasses a source of phenylalanine 5% fruit juices... no longer sufficient to furnish you any foodstuff. i'm with the others that responded. try V8 Fusion or solving a smoothy (a large breakfast!). suitable of luck to you on your quest!

no this does not constitute to your requirement of 5 portions of fruit because it is not natural . you actually need to eat the fruit proper , in ice creams and yogurts , the fruit might be in there but nowhere near what you need ; it is just not a supplement!!!

ha ha, i've been trying to tell my boyfriend for months that rasperry ripple ice cream doesnt count, nor for that matter do chips, even if they ARE oven chips.
but who cares, you're a bloke so you'll probably stay skinny even if you eat 10 tubs a day and wash it down with 18 cans of stella.
