Lots of people suffer from low self esteem. You don't mention if you are a male or a female. The best way that I find to build my self esteem is to get up get in the shower and do my hair, makeup and go somewhere. Tell yourself that you are good enough and build your confidence from there. Look in the mirror and tell yourself that you are good enough and you are a nice person. Good looks mean nothing if you have no personality to go along with it.

Everyone goes through these stages, even these people who responded to your question in such a heartless fashion. Everyone has things that they excel in, and there is nothing better to lift your spirits then to remember that you have something. I don't care what it is, but whatever it is you need to share it, your confidence will soar, theperson you're with will gain the benefit of your lesson and you obviously get the chance to do something you like and share which is amazing for your soul.

If you began thinking about this problem it's very nice. first you must understand you are very nice and can do everything yourself. First you should find a good Friend, at least a person, who understands you. And he or she will encourage you in succeeding. Besides stand before a looking glass and decide what you should do to improve smth in you. - make up, a hearstyle, find a nice dress. . Try to do smth positive for you and your family. try to find smth that can nobody do. but try to do it. Just believe in youself! I am sure you are the best! Hugs Irene

make a list of all your good qualities and cary it around with you, everytime you have negative thoughts pull out the list and read them aloud to yourself. Think long enough, im sure you are a very good person and will have quite a few things to write on there...i used to/sometimes still do feel like that and it works for me.

The first thing you can do is get past your teenage years. Hormones can mess with your brain and you're just starting to feel the surge. This is pretty normal. Seek professional help if this is interfering with your daily activities...don't worry, you'll soon be grown up and have REAL problems.

wake up and realise that you're whining about having a realy pathetic problem. there are people in the world who are in a lot worse situations and you're busy feeling sorry for yourself. get up and accomplish something and stop whining. cowboy up.
