this depends on how good your English is, so there is no real answer to your question. I can understand it perfectly fine, however, I have been living in the UK for 6 years and I am 100% fluent...

sa long it's in english should be no problem as speaking of second language as english becomes as first language if you are here over 45 years .well sometimes we have to check some words in dictionary ' we have to work liltle bit harder because you start think in english and you short of words of your first language
