I want to know which exercises increases your blood pressure. I am not looking to increase it or anything its homework

Any high intensity cardiovascular workout will increase your blood pressure during the workout. The heart rate will rise or (BPM beats per minute) which increases the pressure in the blood vessels. I had lots of stress today so my blood pressure was 158 then I went to the gym I did just bike and stairs, then after my blood pressure was 129 and 123. It made me feel calmer.
