Moet & Chandon seems to be the dryest, freshest , zingyest of the Champagnes and is my quaffing favorite. If you like something nuttier, try Bollinger or Tattinger.

i dont think the expensive ones taste much different than fizzy wine from the supermarket. champagne is only different from fizzy wine in that the grapes come from the Champagne region of France.

so give me a bottle of cheap fizzy plonk anyday!
