The article in question is simply naive. I am particularly fascinated by the 500 witnesses to Jesus resurrection. Where are these 500 eye witness accounts? What we have is a single writer who claims this to be true. There are stories where hundreds of men saw Paul Bunyan dig the Grand Canyon anyone want to become a Bunyanian?

Anyone who is seriously interested in the question of what religion is right for them should check out the Belief-O-Matic. You answer some questions about your basic beliefs and it gives you a match up as to how well your beliefs correspond to many of the world's religions.

This is simple christian nonsense. You don't need to be christian or ever open a bible to be a true follower of the teachings of Jesus. In fact it is far harder to be a true follower if you do these things.

Christianity has become a lie about God and about Jesus and what he taught. One does not understand this until some access to the true teachings of Jesus is found. Once you actually read and start to understand these true teachings of Jesus the bible is seen as the mixed up nonsense that it is.

I suggest the gospel of Thomas a as good place to start. It will sound like nonsense at first to someone who has become accustomed to the nonsensical biblical misrepresentations about God and Jesus, but give it a little time and the truth starts to become apparent. The course in miracles is also a good place to get a clearer view of these subjects. The main thing is to stop reading the lies in the bible. These are the most damaging.

Religion is about a lifestyle. Not worrying if you are a member of the right Religion, but worrying if the Religion that you belong to believes in principles (Spiritual principles) that you can use on a daily basis. At work, with friends, everywhere But you should also feel that you belong. Make sure that the people live the lifestyle or principles that they preach, in the particular Religion that you get involved in. Good Luck!

I'm not telling you what religion is right. Its your choice. Are you ready for a religion in your life? If you are, study your choices extremely carefully. It makes a massive impact if you dislike the religion you choose. You can't always quit a religion as easy stopping a board game. Be careful.

Not at all.

That was one of the poorest thought out articles I have ever, ever read.

I guess that you did not think so, as you posted it, so hear me when I say that I was not bieng cruel, or think it good to demean others.

However, the author of that article needs to meet some real non-christian folks. It appeared from that article that his guesses on how they think were pretty inaccurate.... no shame in that, he (or she) just needs to experience the real world more.
