I'd only wanna be an American if life was like what it is in the moves, where the nerd gets the totally hot girl at the end of the film. And where we'd have parties every night, and all the american girls would go naked in my pool. Cos I'd be a millionaire like all americans. But I know it's not like that for most, and if I was an american I would probably get shot after a fews day cos I'd piss everyone off too much.
Being English is fine, not great, but fine. I wouldn't mind being a Shaolin Monk though.

Neither as both nowadays might as well be the same thing. I'd rather be what I am, I'd probably go nuts if I were either of the other two, no control over what my country does.... oh wait I would have some control, I'd vote..... ah now I get it, it is the peoples fault that those countries are power hungry scum, they voted in their governments!!!

I rather be my own man. Get ride of Bush and Blair then England and America would be honourable. Those two tarr the image of their country and soil the good name of their citizens. OOpps went on a bit there.
