Why Do Muslims Deny ---?

Question

that some of the same atrocities that happen in a Western society ALSO happens in a Muslim society.
Why, when these atrocities are pointed out, the people pointing them out are considered racists?

Is the definition of honesty different in Western society versus Muslim society?

Please give adult, HONEST and well thought out answers. -- Thank you.

This is a generalized question folks, use your imagination.

"Some" Muslims have said that rape, wife abuse, child abuse etc., are not committed in Muslim society. This is a false statement on their part.

Where as in non-Muslim societies we know these things happen and address them.

ur right rape wife abuse and child abuse do occur in muslim socities theres no denying that! However many non-muslims say that these things are allowed in Islam and in the Quran allah tells men to beat their wives and raping is allowed aswell as child abuse, this is what annoys me NO the quran does NOT say to do all these awfull things infact it says the complete oppsite u must love ur wife and treat her like a queen, u are never to raise a hand to a child and rape in Islam is just like murder because by raping a girl u are basically ruining her life! So if u are saying rape child abuse and wife abuse etc do occur in muslim society, then yes I 100% agree with u BUT if u are saying that every single muslim abuses and rapes and that the quran tells us to do these thing then u are highly mistaken and I 100% disagree with, and every time someone does make a comment like this I make a point to correct them because they are most definatley wrong!!!!

Bad things happen EVERYWHERE , rape , child abuse etc. Did you ever hear of what happens to people in an Islamic country who are found guilty of this? They are more often that not put to death... not given a slap on the wrist like here and allowed out to commit the same crime....
punishment by death makes people not want to committ the crime there where as if the same thing happens here it is commenly said the woman asked for it, even with dna - or she's a ho , who can rape a ho? Children aren't held as reliable wittnesses here because they Get "confused" even with physical evidence, or better yet perv's get off on a technicality.
Muslim "society" as u put it tries and punishes people QUICKLY and fairly with adequate wittnesses , evidence etc. and in the west little is done .
I guarentee if this happens to someone you love and the perv. gets off cause they are too short (that happened last month, I swear) u will wish ur family was protected by the laws inIslamic countries.

well, look if u analyse the statistics u will find dat the no of rapes and other atrocities happenin' in purely muslim society r very less as compared to other societies.
i live in india-a mixed society . there was arape case and the man found guilty was given death sentence.
the same punishment for rape is there in islam but every body criticises it but when it happens 2 ouer own sister , mother wewant the same 2 b done 2 the accused . wat is dat?
can u answer ? if a strong punishment is given 4 acrime the crime rate will decrease and not increase .that is why crime rate is less in societies like saudia. contact me if some doubts.

look in the west a rape case is reported evry e2 sec!u estimate the rest!
the reason been is the flamboyance of the weatern women(pls pls dont mind it u guys)they wear short skirts showing off there bodies and the pedofiles come to them buzzing like a bee
in the muslim society the women is considered something extremely precious which is why she is not displayed to the dirty world like a kinda ornament,secondly shes not allowed to go anywhere alone i.e without protection
all of this considered u can probably tell where less cases of rape are reported
im not being all saintly and saying that RAPE ONLY happens in the west it happens here in muslim countries too

Islam and Muslims are two different issues, many Muslims today follow the Western style of living and no single country in the world are following and providing the Islamic environment that is essential to be able to practice Islam perfectly. Learn Islam fro its resources and then you may be able to judge Islam on the basis of knowledge. We muslims are human just like the rest of you and who says we are in a state of denial , we wellcome open critism and answer to that, But to understand the answers one has to understand what is Islam. If im wrong about something, I correct myself but then again just like christians all muslims are not "Saints".
