do you think they'll ever admit they started the hostillities between our peoples

why do they continue to claim they were never any thing but a peaceful people

even the native americans migrated here too

What a wonderful question. Yes, on this forum, you consistently read the Native American posts and they sound so ''territorial'' you would think they were the innocents. It is human nature to defend or attack. Prior to the arrival of the Europeans, it is a well known fact that the Indian nations like all the rest of the world, fought among themselves. Who are they trying to kid? The kids who post here? Manifest Destiny brought out the survival of the fittest! The irony of all this is how the modern Native American considers themselves several notches above the new immigrants, but not above the Pilgrims who displaced them.

First of all, the Natives that I know feel exactly the same way that I do when it comes to illegal immigration. They want the illegals out of here. Renegade, who posts here all the time, is my husband and he is full blood Native American from a reservation out West.

Native Americans were here first, as everyone knows. They DID NOT start hostilities between our peoples. They were trying to live as they always had when everything was taken from them.

Some tribes, like the Cherokee, were a peaceful people. You are trying to lump all Natives into one category, unfairly, I might add. I think you are speaking from ignorance and not facts. See post below me, you need educated on this subject.

We want our own land and if you people keep taking it over and letting people come in when you don't even have enough land to give to us. then where will all the other people go? our land? i don't think so its hard enough to keep traditions going! and you started the hostilities because you moved in on our land. We were peaceful we only fought to keep our land.

we never said we didn't want you here, hell we are the ones that taught you to farm remember? THANKSGIVING was an Indian/pilgrim( now American)thing.
