Weel, the avergae life expectnacy is 34, not 28. Many UN organizations are working at Swaziland, specially WHO, WFP and FAO, so are things going on ther. Of course there is more than 20 Non Profit organizations also working. So, you can contribute money to any of them of enroll yourself in one of the campaigns to sexually educate people. Aditionally, you will love Swazialnd and Swazis, believe it

Why should we? Was it us who gave them all AIDS? Was it us who gave them all the children they can't afford to keep? What happens to the aid that they already get?
So off hand, I think you'll find the answer to your question is NO.
