Highly dubious with Alzheimers and dementia lurking literally right around the corner.

Im not anywhere near this age but was reading a story on yahoo news regarding this. What are your thoughts on this for those who are this age. I know you can be in great shape mentally/physically at this age and hopefully youre a lucky one who doesnt get Alzheimers or dementia. Ive seen alot of people start to develop this in early to mid 60s although its not exclusive to this age range younger people can be affected.

Yes you are right....to my opinion "60 is the new 45". Age is doesn't important but the way you look after yourself and behave are more concern. You still can look pretty and gay all the time if you are healthy. You are quite lucky that the Alzheimer is helping you to forget your age too ( I hope). So keep on exercises, eating healthy food, sleep well. We can be over the hill but never ever fallen down the hill as long as we are still young at hearts!

Honey, 60 is about as over the hill as the Valley in Los Angeles. Look at it this way, you're old. Don't worry though, there are a couple of others who've reached this age. They're old also.

Yes, it is very young today I don't think that many get Alzheimer's at 60.
