So I like this guy. We've kissed before - many times actully, but i've found myself too shy to kiss him. It's usually him who makes the first move. I've hand my chances, and now i regret not taking them. Do guys like it when girls make the first move? Help!

Yes guys like it, it takes the pressure off of them. They also wonder and worry about if we want them to make a move, so if you are up for it DO IT.

Look you done this before and now you are feeling shy. Every boy like it if a girl move first. Well what is your problem it is not clear. You shy of kissing him that is why you are thinking that you lack something. But miss feelings should be expressed by kissing or by sharing your feelings. Do what you like.

Yes you should kiss him. Guys like girls who's independent and not shy. Making the first move makes him feel relieved cuz he does not have to let you know whenever he wants to kiss or anything. You make him feel like the dominant one but also sometimes they like being pampered. Please kiss him.
