What does taking crack feel like for the user and what is the downsides to it? I am asking in relation to my nursing study assignment on substance misuse and would appreciate any real life accounts.

I tried it once, and that is all I needed.
Initially, the smell is awful, and once you smell it or taste it, you will never forget it. The high is extremely intense and makes you feel as if you are on top of the world. It lasts for 15-30 seconds, and then you are reaching for another rock to try to get that next buzz. That;s the downfall. Once that high is reached the first time, all you are trying to do is reach it again, but it won't happen. Afterwards, you feel sort of disoriented, nauseaous, and sometimes craving intensely for another hit.
I wouldn't touch it again for a million years.
