Quit. Put it on hold until she dumps her boyfriend. I've been on both sides of this situation and even if he is a jerk, he doesn't deserve to be cheated on.
If and when she does break up with him, if he's still harassing her at that point, you are free to do anything you need to, to stop it.
I know its probably not what you wanted to hear, but you shouldn't partake in anything but helping her until she ends her current relationship.

you cant do anything mate, until this girl is ready to leave her boyf, jerk or not! She has to finish with him before taking on a relationship with you. Its only fair and decent!!!!
