Any time I've been out on a bender, I always try to remember to drink a huge glass of water and take a few Aspirin before I go to bed. Generally that helps, since a hangover is really just dehydration.

its not so much a cure - but a preventative measure for next time youre gona indulge!!! Buy a box of milk thistle tables from any pharmacy or health shop. Start taking them the day before or on the night of your session and the next morning it'll be like you were never out at all!! They are FAB!!! Never had a hangover since I started taking em

There are these tablets called RU.21, im afraid it wont cure your hangover now but if you buy these, you take 2 before you start drinkning then one every hour, i did them this weekiend, i drunk **** loads of red wine, i was really pissed, the next morning i was fresh as a daisy, they really do work, they sell them in boots and most chemists. For now i would drink loads of water and have a good cooked meals with lots of veg.

Pho. (Vietnamese noodle soup.) Something about the hot broth is supposed to help.

I've also heard of a Prairie Oyster, which is a raw egg and a pinch of some seasonings (you could probably look up specifics online) in a glass and shallow whole. Sounds nasty, but if you're desperate, some people have said it works.

flat diet coke, and food.
Any food you can cope with.
a fry up is good if you can stomach it.
at the moment a corned beef sandwich is my hangover cure of choice. or a mac D's i think its the 'meat' that makes me feel better.

Then lots of sleep.

i find that eating before i go to sleep helps avoid the hangover. not useful now but handy for weekend :-)

Due to every one having a unique body, not all works for the same people. Try 3 asprins and a tomato cocktail. If that does not work. Get some sleep. Good luck.

Pint of fresh orange juice, couple of paracetamol. Breakfast roll (bacon, tattie scone and fried egg should do the trick), plenty of water throughout the day and get over it. If you canny handle it you should'nt have gone out last night. Take some Milk thistle as well if you have some - or get it from health food shops or pharmacies.

If you're not working go and get a Bloody Mary.

If you're at work, marmite is the only option - full of vitimin B which is depleted when you drink.

For me, sleep and comfort food is the best thing. I tend to lose a day after a big night out!

Drink water, have a banana, spend 15 minutes in the shower (to rehydrate), and go for a 15 minute or so walk. Get moving.. do not stay in bed.

My ultimate hangover treatment is to ward off one. earlier going to mattress, drink 2 or 3 super glasses of water actual rapid and top after one yet another. do no longer bypass to the washroom, in basic terms bypass top to mattress. enable your physique take in all of that water into your kidneys and the only element which you are going to evoke with, is a actual urge to bypass pee.
