IQ and intelligence, are the same thing. Smart, however, is something different. Smart, is how you apply what you've learned in life to the outside world. IQ, is how much you've learned, and how much you think. It doesn't mean you come up with the smartest answer to the question, it just means you think outside the box.

yes, there is IQ and this stuff. but there is things that can't be determined by regular tests, like dexterity and quick decision. these abilities are applied only in live and death situations, when your life is on the stake
