You can use a man's briefs and a sanitary pad. Put the briefs on so the tail comes out the fly.Stick the sanitary pad inside the briefs (just don't forget to remove the briefs when she needs to go potty!!!)
As for breeding unless she has an exceptional pedigree and is an exceptional representative of her breed as proven by show record or evaluation, is at least 2 years old, has had and passed all health testing (not just a simple vet exam) then she should NOT be bred. The longer she is left intact the greater her chances become for pyrometria (a very serious uterine infection), mammary cancer, ovarian/uterine cancer.

Hopefully you have a room that's not carpeted to close her into with baby gates.Spread lots of newspaper on floor to help keep it clean but I'd still mop nightly to keep smell down.
Some people have had good luck with doggie diapers.I never did.Dog would tear them off and to shreds as soon as I put them on.I had to go the newspaper way.

You can buy special pads to put on dogs in heat. Take a look at your local pet shop.

Do you show your dog? Is she a breed champion? Does she do obedience trials and have titles? If not, then you have no business breeding her. Get her spayed and stop whining.
