Yesterday i had quite an intense leg day. Today i found it REALLY hard to go for my run. I did it though. It was lactic acid burn all the way.

Yes, the reason for this is that your legs are tired from using the muscles to do squats and they are probably filled with lactic acid (a by-product of exercise).

It doesn't necessarily mean you are out of shape, it just means you worked out your legs hard. Running requires fresh legs and uses a lot of muscles. Generally, I don't do any leg exercises a day or two before an important run.

Give it another day and you should be fine.

It simply means that your out of shape, you will have to build your
muscles up! When you work out, you often find you have muscles where you didn't think you had any! Yes, they will hurt for several days until you get them built up!
