HE could. I have read recently that a certain blind kid can even play video games. He has developed the ability to track things like a bat in the dark. With God's help all things are possible. I know that you don't believe that but I bet if your grandmother were on here she would cry because you say there is no GOD! You should try speaking or just listening to God. He is more than ready to forgive you. I DON'T CARE WHAT HAS HAPPENED IN YOUR LIFE OR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE. Could you reject and turn away your own son? Then why do you think GOD is any different? I will pray for you even if you don't want me to.

That would be like an atheist trying to get into Heaven having never looked at or understood the word. Most blind people use seeing eye dogs for such a purpose. Much like Christians use their faith in GOD to lead them down the path they need to be on for salvation.

God gave us a mind to think. So if we have God-given brains, why should we cross a busy highway knocking there is a 99.9% chance of getting knocked down.
Now, having said that, if that person really has faith, and just walks, I believe he will walk across safe and sound.

well in faith there are two parts
the heart part or the inside part
which is regarding emotions and believe of certain issues
the doable part
as a prove of faith ex. i don't just say i worship god but i also prey
finally god dependency
well yes we have to depend on god in everything but we should do our part of life
so a blind may have faith but did not do anything about it he could of for example take a friend with him helping him crossing then ask god for help

No, even an intellectual person needs a guru to lead a perfect life.
So there is no question of a blind person using, 'faith' as spelt by you!

That is a small mountain. Faith are of categories. The history I have with God cannot be at the same level with that of the other people. Each one has his or her story with God.The Lord Jesus gave authority to do the impossible.

This is an invalid question.
Life and a busy highway are not commensurable.
