Fathers should be the pillars of the home, and the mothers are the light. So, fathers go for work and his words must be obeyed. Rules are rules. Fathers do care their children and they are very strict because they afraid to let their child happen something. And mothers, whom very good in handling the situation and giving some advice for their child, because mothers are soft hearted rather than the father. And mothers easily to understand the situation while fathers easily freak-out.

According to the Bible, men are suppose to be head of household and be strict as far as bringing up a child right- mothers are on the other hand suppose to provide care and affectionate to her children--women are more sympathic as far as love and nurturing than men are. Its just plain nature here and it is what God tells in the Bible for everyone to be like.

some fathers are very strict because of their love and care for their children, without striction sometime children are mislead. a father or men doesn't talk to much but with their action they express their feeling. father is the head of the family he is not always around so children think father doesn't care for them. its wrong fathers are very caring and affectionate too if their children are hurt or in trouble tears drops on there eye. mother are caring and affectionate yes! we think like this bec. she always there. she prepare everthing for us since we're are baby so we're freely talk with her but with father not much time with him. but actually they are both strict , caring and affectionate father always ask mom how's their children everyday when he comes back home.

Not always true. Maybe just in your family. Very often the mother is the disciplinarian and the father is easy going.

because the mothers are caring and affectionate so someone has to lay down the law before chaos (or becoming a grandparent before you 35th birthday) ensues.

I guess its goes both ways. I dont spend much time with my kids because i work 2nd shift and my wife works days. so when i get to see them its great and i want to spend time with them and do fun stuff. my wife gets tired of them. not in a bad way. but when it comes to somthing serious i will be rough when i have to. but that is my situation. also mothers have the whole maternal thing wher their child grew inside of them for 9 mos.

For balance. A child has a good potential to be well-rounded emotionally with that balance.

it's the other way around dude. it's daddy who props up the little ones no matter what, and women who try to tear them down and who punish them mercilessly.
