My girlfriend is complaining about the lenght of my Pen..is. She would suck-in the whole of it while in action but later cry, claiming that her womb is so painful and I should reduce the lenght of my "magic stick"

Be gentle with her during intercourse. Women get lubricated and during the actual "action" may not feel all the pressure at that time because your vagina actually opens wider than usual during sex. However, after the action, it returns to normal, the lubrication is down and you are a little bruised and swollen in the inside (and naturally so, there is something being inserted in you with varying degrees of pressure). I would say take a more gentle approach and try not to wham bam so much and move to softer motions and not just stab and go fast. . .make it pleasurable for the both of you, both during and after. . .
