You are very close to them and love them dearly.

When we are young, we have no concept that we will grow old too, and that we and others are here but for a short time.

If you start thinking about these things, it simply means you are realising that we are here for a short time, and naturally that your parents will most probably go before you. It appears that you love your parents which is great.

The next wonderfull realisation to think about is that death is not the end. Whatever your religious believes are, there is more after death !!

We will miss those that we love when they die, but we can cope with it.

It means that you are normal! No one wants those they love to die! It takes a chunk of your heart and leaves a hole for a while! And you never truly get over it. Even the unborn ones you remember always. This is why you love them to death and not do hurtful things as you don't know if you will ever see them again when you or they leave!

GOD BLESS

It means you love them and they're important to you, and you depend upon them. All perfectly normal. I think it's normal to think about and worry about your parents' deaths, so long as you don't obsess about it. My dad was 76 when he died four years ago, I had some warning that we were going to lose him, and yet I wasn't ready to let him go. I still have my mom, she's 79 now, and she's still very bright and energetic. Even though I've lost my dad, and of course losing my mom's inevitable, I still don't like to think about it. There are things I wish I'd told my dad when he was here, and things I wish I could take back as well. Tell your parents how much they mean to you now, while you still have them. My dad probably knew how much he meant to me, and I know I was important to him, but we left a lot unsaid. I suppose there's never enough time to say and do it all, is there?

It means you love them, but you must stop thinking about when they will eventually be gone, because then you'll be so preoccupied with that that you cant enjoy the present time. Your parents sound really special to you. And remember that theres always so much of them in you!

You're confronting your own mortality and coming to grips with the fact that someday, you will die too. You're thinking about your parents because it's easier to think of death as a natural process involving older people.

It's normal. Congratulations! You are now fully adult.

It's okay to be realistic about life and death. The thing to do about it is to let them know how much you love them.
