Every medical store stocks slimming pills. Why not 'fattening pills' to help those small-bodied guys desperately in need of that weight in order to join stuff like the military?

There are, just not in the form of "fat capsules" or something. There are many types of muscle builders, protein bars/shakes/powder mixes which are to help bulk guys up, but since fattening things aren't healthy, they wouldn't sell those.

To maximise weight gain you need to increase muscle mass, as muscle weighs more than fat. Exercise wise, start going to the gym or jogging whenever possible, to stimulate a need for growth and replair. Allow your body time to recover - as a basic pattern exercise for 3 days they have a day off, and repeat. If you really feel drained take a day off for your body to recover.

Start eating white meats such as chicken and turkey, preferably as lean as possible. You will need to do this consistently, as protein cannot be stored in the body for a long time, so to fuel your developing muscles eat meat every day.

A George foreman grill is good for ensuring the meat you eat contains as little fat as possible. With the meat, have about 100g of cooked rice to replenish carbohydrates without over eating, then complete the meal with legumes (vegetables rich in protein and some energy) such as kidney beans, sweetcorn or black eyed beans.

Hope that helps

PS I could quote the advice of Dr Nick Riviera in the Simpsons episode "Kings Size Homer", where Homer purposely gains weight to work at home.

"For a dangerously underweight individual such as yourself, I suggest a steady gorging process focussing on the neglected food groups, such as the whipped group, the congealed group and the chocotastic, combined with assal-horizontology"

LOL

I'd hate the idea that I would facilitate anyone to become a (badly) paid killer, but there are herbs that slow your metabolism. In your case I'd recommend 3 times daily 2 teaspoons of lemon balm infused in boiling water. It'll calm you down, too, so you might not feel the need to join the army anymore.

A programme about getting fat would be great. There are too many slimming downs ones where they tell people to eat totally different, all this food cant be too good for you either.
