sweetie,I myself have been dealing with diagnosis of major depression and severe anxiety for years. And i tell you from experience to just say exactly everything you feel.Dont try to simplify it or say it so you think you make sense. They are looking for little details that you may think dont count, they look at how stongly you feel about whats going on in your life. What you think sounds silly makes perfect sense to them for certain disorders.Keep it real and dont leave anything out.Go to your local emergency room if your that stressed out and they will refere you to someone.Good luck.Dont give up on yourself It does get better when you get help.Feel free to email me if you need positive feedback and encouragement to go get treatment.God be with you always.

Move to a third world country. Maybe things will improve for you then. You won't have time to think about being sad if you're too preoccupied with getting clean water, food, shelter and not getting killed. Try the slums of Rio De Janiero for a year. Or visit a maximum security prison. To see how they live or wach the movie Shindlers List. Then you can reflect on if you had it bad in the first place.

You already know the answer. Go to the doctor and tell him or her exactly what is on your mind. That is most of the therapy right there. Good luck and I hope for the best.

just by visiting your regular doctor (pcp) is a great idea. he/she can probably put u on something to make u feel a bit better. most likely, you'll get referred to a psychiatrist (no, it's not only for crazy people) and then take it from there. u did a great job expressing your feelings here, so u'll do just fine when you visit ur doctor. good luck!
