I have a problem on scheduling my local delivery is always due to last minutes oders from my sales man and customers. especially when is coming to month end. how can i improve on such a last minutes oders to arrange the delivery?

Be sure the salesmen have a time frame, in writing, from you, indicating how long it takes from the time YOU receive THEIR order, to the time they can ship. They need to put their "end of month sales" orders in a week in advance.
