I hear lots of girls like me and even witnessed it my self and some guys that look alot better than me and arent shy no one likes what else do girls like in guys?

I'm a girl, so I guess I can give you an answer.
You see, I really don't know you that well, but after reading your question, I think I love you. Well, according to myself, girls love those guys who are the shy type. Your being shy makes you become more interesting to girls. It also gives the impression of your thoughtfulness, humbleness and of your golden heart. Your being shy makes your personality deeper making everyone wants you more, so if you don't like your position, then quit the shame and be a bit noisy!! Good Luck!

well i guess you have a good and pleasant personality that is the reason why girls like you. Guys have a wrong impression that if a girl beautiful or she is cool gilr she will like only gorgeous guys common grow up there is alot of misconception about ladies they like guys because they feel secure when they are together not just the look that matters but what is really inside the heart.

I don't know about the other girls, but for me, it's how the guy makes me feel. I feel totally relaxed with a guy who makes me laugh, and wants to have a conversation with me, and pays attention to details. I have been out with some really HOT guys, a lot of the times they turn out to be jerks who are full of themselves. It's a turn off and a waste of my time. Then here comes someone who isn't the best looking person, but is kind-hearted, and honest. They end up being the sexest guys.

It bothers me a little when people say they or any one else is ugly - that charateristic is in the eye of the beholder (just like beauty). However I feel we all have characteristics that make us attractive or unattractive; and the balance to being approached and viewed as appealing to the others is focusing and enhancing those qualities that bring out the attractiveness or beauty in ourselves: yours may be shining through in your personality, how you treat people, what you're doing with your life, the respect you show others (irregardless of your perceived shyness or "ugliness"). Real, true women want the qualities that will bring them joy and those are usually intrinsic (those that are within~intelligence, respect, faitfulness, etc). The extrinsic factors (appearance, money, etc) are reserved for very shallow women so watch out for those who seek the company of others based on material needs or possessions. . .

Someone who treats them right is honest and can make them laugh. I have dated a few guys that weren't on the hot list, but they made me feel like a person and not a prize. You just might be that one in a hundred men that have that specail something about them.
