Vegetarians can usually eat cheese, so I'd make an American Cheese Sandwich. Or trying bringing a Hummus mini meal with Pita triangles. I found one at Trader Joe's the other day. Now that it's getting cooler, you can also bring a Thermos with some soup.

these are a few combos which i enjoy a lot :
1. ketchup and cheese
2.cucumber and cheese
3.cabbage, mayo, cheese
4.choco-spread ( you can put just choco spread, or you could also add peanut butter)
5.tomato,cucumber,cheese
* Do not forget to butter the slices before putting the ingredients on the bread. AVOID putting butter for COMBO-4.

Can you eat eggs? (I heard some levels of vegetarians can and some don't.) If so, I recommend an egg salad sandwich. They're soooo yummy.
