The EU is very agressively pro-gay even more so than the US.
I have several very disturbing uccurances from EU contries.
The trial against Ake Green in Sweden.
The out-cry in the EU parliament against Poland.
British police calling up investigating so called "hate" crime just because in a debate a woman said the children need a mum and a dad......the list goes on and on.....

And gay people already have their human rights just as all humans have why would they need to have extra rights over others?

Because we are all equal and most governments finally realize this and incorporate it into their laws.

LOL. Sure, it's all over the place. Now's the time to panic! That little 10% of the population has taken over! You'd better watch out before they start making straights wear a green circle, put us on trains, and gas us. It's in the media! It's in Hollywood! It's going on in the house next door to you! Are your windows open? They are watching you, waiting for the right time to strike! You must fight them! There is no place for tolerance of a minority in your country, right? Those gays breed like rabbits and before long they will be teaching children in school how to be gay. Join the PTA and just watch. Soon all football will loose funding and be replaced with fashion design. FASHION DESIGN! Better yet, just move to Iran. They kill homos over there so you'll be safe again.

Are you on a gay bashing trip? What's up with these homophobic questions? Have you been watching Jack Van Impe? No seriously, what if it was? What would you do? I think you need to stop and realize that with America being very religious there could never be a pro-gay-movement that could begin to take over, Bush wouldn't allow it. I think most people would be terrified of another disaster like Sodom and Gomorrah, anyway. So what!?!

Probably in the US it's like that... therefore, they have let Bush try to declare homosexual marriages illegal in the Constitution! That would help them greatly!
Think before you write!
In the EU there is no gay lobby... in fact, there are not many lobbies at all...

I hope the “pro-gay movement” as you call it is catching on everywhere. Um, just to clarify for you though, it is the treat everybody fairly and be comfortable enough with yourself that people who are different don’t scare you movement.

i don't see any gender issue nor am i against it... nor am i a gay person. what i see is their raising an issue against discrimination to them. their right to enjoy their chosen sexuality... it is similar to the women's liberation during the 50's (i think) when women began to seek their place in society. so, give them what is due them but within the boundaries of the law. like us, they're human too and they've the right to live in this world and to exercise their freedom.

It's not 'pro-gay' so much as it's 'anti-anti-gay'
Why on earth is it such an ordeal to treat them as ordinary human beings?
