well yes they are tummy trimmers as they produce heat at a particular area, a technique which is ancient and has been proven effective.Even centres like VLCC use the similar technique in a different way for their on the spot reduction package.
But other then that it is not very healthy for girls to use it as some doctors feel that the belt producing heat too close to the uterus might effect the pregnancy later.

No , only exercise for tummy is the best thing for a flat tummy. Bent down and touch your toe ten times first and increase the number day by day.

It just burns the fat which has side effects too... the skin burns & get dark due to the heat.

What they claim as strong abs.. nonsense.

It's o.k to use if you need to burn some extra fats you have acquired, but these are not recommended by doctors for a good fit body. That requires sincere exercise.

No, it is a gimmick only. Spot reduction never works. You have to consider the total body fat and to the work out.

You have to do the work out, that is the olny safe method to reduce the tummy.

Those are a scam. I read many reviews on the internet from people who bought it and wished they never did. Save your money for the ab lounge. I have one and let me be the first to say it does what it claims with minimal effort on your part.

It actually does work, but only temporarily. What's happening is you're getting rid of the water from which the belt is applied. It'll come back as soon as you're rehydrated, though.
