I was breastfeeding my daughter and this guy pulled the blanket off me to see my breasts and he snapped a picture I know him should I report him even tho I was in publicand didnt do anything about it then

well, that was rude, I did have it happen to me , but the guy did not take a picture. If your whole breast and nipple is exposed and you donnot want him to have that pictur I would ask for it back, Is he a good friend?? Maybe not with that behavior, you might talk to your spouse and see what he thinks? Finally if push came to shove and you wanted your picture you could probably report it to the police since he pulled the blanket off you, that is like coming up and pulling a womens shirt up and exposing her breast...I think it is considered assault. Only you can decide how far you want to take this incident. Like if the guy is a good friend and has pulled pranks on you and it is his personality and you have accepted it and you really donnot feel violated then let it go and ..make it clear that you did not appreciate him doing that in public...best of luck melissa

What is wrong with people that have a problem with feeding a baby? Babies don't choose to be hungry just as you appear in public. Before I had kids I felt a bit taken by surprise if I saw a breastfeeding mother but I quickly got over it knowing how silly it was to be shocked by that. It is for your baby and they are complete innocence and just want feeding so it's so wrong to go and pervert it like that and say that she should do it in a more appropriate place. It's obvious who wasn't breastfed, it's good for the brain growth!

Would he have done that if your husband or brother or you dad had been also present? If the answer is "no" then take yourself to the nearest precinct where that occurred and file a report against him. First for TOUCHING you innoppropriately, secondly for photographing you while you were breast-feeding. Your image is probably spread over the Internet... does that make you angry enough to get off your a s s and want to press charges now?

Breast feeding is a naturall thing to do. If you had yourself coverd up and he took it upon himself to take the blanket and snap a picture of you breast feeding. That is just sick. Just think what if he is jacking off to the pic of your baby sucking on your breast. SICK he needs help and you need to report that. He invaded your privacy and is probably getting off on you and your child. Gross

You need a witness and to review it with a lawyer. If you was trying to cover with a blanket and can prove it, then you have a good case of assault.
However, you need to verify with a lawyer the situation in your state and any prior similar cases in your state. Each state is different. In fact, some judges are strict and some are liberal, so a lawyer can give you a better idea of the best course of action.
However, if you can prove it, it sounds like you have him on violating your privacy and possible assault.

why were you breastfeeding your daughter in a place where a guy could come up to you and take a picture of it. I would say you just need to be more careful in the future. Try breastfeeding at home and not in public

kinda after the fact and how well do you know him? That was pretty mean and uncalled for and very disrespectful. I say report it if you wish to press any possible charges, if not then dont.... or you can always file a police report as a paper trail in case this creep does something else.... go with what your gut tells you, if you do you will never go wrong. Definitely report if you can find the guy. If it was some random guy he might have made off. I feel for you if that's the case.
That's pretty messed up. I would be pissed if someone came up and pulled down my pants and took a picture.
I think it would be jail time for such a thing.

Naw! use a breast pump at home and give your baby a bottle when in public.
I like to procreate but you do not see me do it in public. That is natural as breast feeding and you don't hear me whine.
But breast feeding is hard to do when you are a man. Nice try.

Anyone that says breastfeeding in public is wrongis an idiot...I would ahve reported the guy. What he did was wrong
