Vowels are important. More important than gods. Please start incorporating them into your written word.

Mankind made all the gods and goddesses. The Divine is open to interpretation, lets call the Divine It. It has been interpretted by the people of Earth to be many different beings and have many different attitudes, qualitities, and powers and causes. Since It likes to conform to our expectations of It, It is all of those things even when that brings It to be at odds with Itself. All religions are true. None will do everything for you that you need to have done. Having a good relationship with the Divine is helpful and nice, but you cannot expect any god or goddess to do all the work. Each person must work on improving his/herself. Religions attempt to explain the spiritual to those who have not had first-hand experiences with it. This is hard to do well or 'right'. I find the teachings of the Buddha to be very helpful. If I tried to turn other people onto learning from Him, they might get the wrong idea and worship Him. That's not the point. The point is to learn from His teachings and improve yourself. Worshipping Him doesn't help you improve.

I have heard these same stories. Stories about evolution, stories about science, stories about other religions. They were all created by people too. People created the science by which they've declared rules and discovery.
Of course when it's science it's "discovered." Last time I checked there wasn't a "great science manual" that was left. People created science out of rational logic. Religions are the same way. Simply because someone doesn't understand the logic doesn't nullify the existance of it.

Religion is one, to love God. But because human beings are on the platform of misidentifying the atma or the real self with this rotting bag of material elements known as the material body, they have concocted so many so-called religions based on bodily distinction.
That one Supreme God is realized in varying degrees according to one's level of devotion.
This is compared to a mountain. From a great distance the mountain is perceived as a large object way out there on the horizon. When you get closer you can see some of the details on the mountain. You can see that they are areas of trees and that there are areas of rocks. But when you actually come to the mountain and you are climbing on it, you can then see every detail, that here is a pine tree, here is a flower, etc.
Realizing God way off in the distance is called Brahman realization. Realizing Him as you are getting nearer to Him is called Paramatma realization. And realizing Him in full is called Bhagavan realization. These three types of realization are described in the Srimad Bhagavatam as follows:
vadanti tat tattva-vidas
tattvam yaj jnanam advayam
brahmeti paramatmeti
bhagavan iti sabdyate
"Learned transcendentalists who know the Absolute Truth call this nondual substance Brahman, Paramatma or Bhagavan."----Srimad Bhagavatam 1.2.11

Because there are two sides... The good and the bad. The bad will make sure that people wont find the good.. thus having a whole wide range of religions to choose from. I am however a Christian and the Bible has never been proven wrong throughout all these years. Interesting ha??

Yes, there is a true GOD;
Habakkuk 1:12 Are you not from LONG ago, O Jehovah? O my God, my Holy One, you do not die.
Rev. 15:3b Great and Wonderful are your works, Jehovah God, the Almighty. Righteous and true are your ways, King of Eternity. Who will NOT really fear you, ...YHWH/Jehovah, ....and glorify your NAME, because you alone are loyal? For your righteous decrees have been made manifest?
Satan, the 'god of this system of things,'(2 Cor.4:4)...Satan... has been on a campaign to eliminate JEHOVAH from the Bible and mankind's hearts. So, from his world, he has designed many false gods. Further, beside the obvious idols, and false prophets, Satan even promotes worship of desires, or the creation, such as fame, self, money, lusts, luck, material objects, the 'educated intellect', worldly philosophies, worship of the stars, spiritism, demonism, famous people, lies, etc.
1Corinthians 8;5 For even though there are those who are called "gods," whether in heaven or on earth, just as there are many 'gods' and many 'lords.' 6) There is actually to us one God, the Father, out of whom all things are, and we for him; and there is one Lord, Jesus Christ , through whom all things are, and we through him.
1 Corinthians 10:20 ..that the things the nations sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons, and not to GOD; and I do not want you to become sharers with the demons; you cannot be partaking of 'the table of Jehovah' and the table of demons....22) Or are we inciting Jehovah to jealousy? We are not stronger that he is are we?
Basically, whoever or whatever a person puts in ...first place.. in their life ...IS THEIR GOD...
As the first command goes; "Your must love Jehovah/YHWH your God with ALL your heart , mind , soul, and strength."
If Jehovah the true God, the Father, is loved with the whole person, then he is your God, and if not then what or who, is it you love more than him?_______ Then that is your god.
And if you love another god, more than the Father, then all the worship you give to that god, is rendered over to Satan and the demons, and that is why they do not want you to worship the Father.
Zephaniah 2:11 Jehovah will be fear-inspiring against them; for he will certainly emaciate all the gods of the earth, and people will bow down to him, each one from his own place, all the islands of the nations.

Existence or nonexistence of God has nothing to do with religions. Religion is the faith, principles. Every follower has differently named God. As a matter of fact God is only one. For all religions it is principled that God is one. That is supreme and is taking care of the entire universe and its creations. Bible,Quran or Gita, whichever is the religion, God is one and you ought to have faith in its existence and religious tolerance is nothing but praying the God.

The same reason my ex jumped from religion to religion, if they can't find comfort from the One true God they have to believe in something else, losing a religion or never finding the right one according to you is worse than having none. Sometimes it's not enough just to have faith in yourself especially when the devil comes knocking on your door. God bless.

There is no God. Religion is for the weak minded who need a prop to get through life. They can't handle the fact that we are all alone.
Religion is kept going by people in power to maintain control over the mindless masses.

They kind of go hand in hand dont you think. If the existence of God is true and let's say it is in this scenario. Then acknowledging he exists would lead to worship of him. That's what religion is, is worship of a certain God. So maybe if the existence of God is untrue, then religion is not required.

I believe in God. I don't believe in religion. Most religions are close minded and judgmental. How can you believe that you're always right and everybody else is wrong. Personally, I think God's a lot cooler than most people would give Him credit for. And I'd think He has a sense of humor too.
It's my bet that on Judgment Day, He's not going to worry about pot smokers or two men marrying because they're in love. I'd like to think that that's not His definition of sin. He's bigger than that.
