Please don't listen to Italian king of hearts who calls himself a vet, and advises soda water! .. I couldn't believe a vet would give such advice, so I looked at his profile.. he is a Computer Network Consultant....
Anyway..allow your pup to have ONLY water, until he sees the vet in the morning...No meds...He will be uncomfortable during the night, but please no meds...IF it is a viral infection, of which it sounds, aspirin will cause even more stomach upset, and likely bleeding..dogs don't tolerate meds the same as people..

I would call your vet now. Ten weeks old is very young, and your pup may not be able to take illness very well. Just make sure there is a small amount of fresh cool drinking water available. Too much water will encourage him to drink it all making himself sick. then when he is sick he will drink more water, and so the process carries on. Where did you get your puppy? If it was from a puppy farm, these illnesses are not rare, but can be difficult to treat. Get your pup to the vet asap.

Your puppy may be overheated and panting but you need to figure out WHY. He could have anything from an intussusception http://www.peteducation.com/article.cfm?cls=2&cat=1571&articleid=307 to a disease to heatstroke to ingesting toxins. If he is overheated, place him in a bathtub of lukewarm water to help bring his temperature down. If he still seems to be in distress, please call your vet to see if they have an emergency service and describe your pups symptoms. They will advise you on how to proceed from there.
And no baby aspirin...it thins the blood and can cause internal bleeding. Puppies have great regurgitive reflex and he will vomit anything that is upsetting his tummy most likely. Good luck!

this may sound crazy but it works great for puppies -pour a lil COLD soda or seltzer water ( seltzer worksbest ) in the drinking bowl...This will allow the puppy's stomach to churn and he will pass it or when he opens his mouth it will belch ...and the puppy will feel better - WHAT DID HE EAT? Hope he didnt drink from the toilet...Im an expeirenced vet and this will work good!!! NO ALKA SELTZER - YOU WILL TEAR THE LINING IN HIS STOMACH!!
