why do U.S. employers keep hiring Illegals?

It should be obvious to all,if they can't get a job here they will go home.There are laws against hiring them, but they are rarely enforced.Especially under mr.bush.Why?

Because illegals should be able to get jobs here and live like normal people. I know I'm gonna get a lotta crap for this, but I DON'T CARE IF ALL THE MEXICANS IN MEXICO COME INTO THE UNITED STATES!!! You know what, the "illegal immigrants" crap is just a no-news story focused on by the government to keep the media from getting the REAL scoop on issues that TRULY MATTER!!!

Because they can. Legal employees more often than not ignore the fact for fear of loosing their job. Illegal immigration to the US reared it's head long before either of the Bush administrations. It is unfair to point to the current President and say well now more are immigrating than ever... the population increases... the problem increases. One third of the current work force in America fail to recognize English as their primary language either because they can't speak it, or won't. Whatever the case, it's up to the American people to help law enforcement agencies to put the kabosch of what is steadily turning America into a third world nation. Without the people's help, employers will continue to hire illegals until they're caught, and the laws now are not tough enough to dissuade these reprehensible violators.

There is a law that is supposed to be enforced but hasnt been, it is only now that they are trying to enforce it. my husband has been turned down for many jobs because they hired mexicans instead, he is a very hard worker and very dependable but is unable to find work because of it. He goes out every single day and to no avail he keeps getting turned downed or passed over.and its not just under this current president that is the problem it has also been under past president's that this was not enforced. The other reason they hire them is because they want to make more money for themselves because they are greedy little freaks.

Let me ask you a question. Why do U. S. Public Schools keep enrolling and supporting the education of children of illegal immigrants? The No Child Left Behind Act passed by the Bush administration, and initiated through Laura Bush, President Bush's wife. was one of the most damning acts to public education ever passed.

Federal and State funds to public schools are dependent upon this act.Public schools cannot deny a child an education under this act, regardless of citizenship. Public schools cannot deny a child admittance to their school even if they are "illegal". Public schools do not require "proof of citizenship" to enroll in a U. S. Public School.

The American Education Association, The National Teacher's Education Association, The Missouri Education Association, The Oklahoma Education Association, the Kansas Education Association, every state's education association, is "selling out" just to receive money.

If the U. S. Public School System is willing to compromise themselves, why should we expect more from the private or corporate sector?

The majority of illegals not are not criminals. They are hard working people who are willing to work harder due to the poverty and hardships they have expierenced in their old country. They are more likely and willing to work longer hours for a lower pay, but on the other hand most citizens are not willing to do that. They are not willing to sacrifice time with family and pain to feed their family. We must understand that the only thing these people want is a better future not for them but for their children. Thats why there busting there *** 40-60 hours or even more so their little children can go to school and become professianals such as docters so they dont have to kill themselves trying to support thier familys. And if doing what every single person in this country is so wrong then too bad. Every single person here is an illegal. All you people saying lets deport the hard working illegals because they are doing what our great grandparents did, trying to get a better life for their familys. I hope you understand that illegals are like you and me. Why must we persecute them like we persecute every black person, every person of muslim or middle eastern descent. WHY?? Because they can! They hire illegal immigrants because they can take advantage of them and the illegal immigrants can't very well report it to anybody. They put down a certain amount of pay that they give them, charge that much for them from the client (the client usually does not know illegal immigrants are being used for this labor), then turn around and pay the illegal immigrants 1/2 that amount, and pocket the difference.

If they actually paid the wages that they reported paying these people, legal Americans would be happily working for them. The money is there to use for pay. But, it isn't.

That is why we need stricter laws for hiring illegal immigrants. Stricter laws that are actually enforced.

When the pay that is shown on paper is the pay actually received, Americans will be lining up for these jobs, that some people say Americans aren't willing to do.

because immigrants are so happy to be here and don't take America for granted like we do, so they will work for next to nothing harder then the men that live in the pent houses getting 6 figures for jack squat. i don't agree that illegals are coming here, if they do it it should be the legal way but, i understand why a person would hire them to do a job that no "American'' would want to do, exp. since they can pay them 2-3 dollars an hr for it, and the job will be done quick and on time!

And in most cases they will work mega hours without complant
because here they make 10 times more then in there own country.5.00 a hour here is like a fortune to them. Compared
