My chihuahua loves to play with feather dusters or the cat's feathery toy's is this normal if he likes the kitty toys better than the doggy toy's? Is it OK for him to play with feathery stuff?

It is very normal, but not safe for him..the feathers can cause digestive problems, and can also get caught in his throat..I think most dogs love to play with feathers, but they are not safe for tiny dogs..Chihuahuas are known for having tracheal problems, and feathers could be risky to the tender trachea.

So long as nothing breaks off the toy to choke him, it's fine. My chihuahua can only fit cat-sized toys in her mouth, so she prefers to play with them. I took her to the dog park at the humane society today, and even the toys in the "small dog" side are too big for her. Also, she likes to make her own toys out of things that she finds in the house. Of course, I have to discourage her from chewing on my pantyhose, but she has a couple of old belts that she loves to play tug-of-war with. Wouldn't it be great if someone would make really small sized dog toys for our dogs to play with??

Smaller dog love to play with cat toys, just be careful that she doesn't break off any of the feathers and ingest them; that could be dangerous. My Pom loves to hide her four kitty sisters toys, and play with them. It is entirely comical to watch her push the toys as far as she can under a piece of furniture, especially when she ends up making little huffing noises; shes working so hard; and I look over to see what she's doing and all you can see is her butt in the air, with the little plume tail in the air wavy back and forth. Sometimes she will be playing with one of her own toys and one or two if the cats will bring one of their toys to her for her to play with. She likes all the little play mice and will toss them around, but she gets the strangest look on her face if they bring her one of the little balls that is made out of a crinkly shiny material, it is a bit sharp to the touch. She will generally pick that one up in her mouth and try to bite on it a bit, and then she gets this real puzzled look on her face and spits it out. Most of the doggy toys are probably too big for your chihuahua, so he feels comfortable and dominating with the cat toys. Have fun with your little guy, he sounds like a cutie. Have a good night!

My chum (no matter if someone haha) has a similar difficulty. He had an harm to his boom plate quicker or later as a toddler. Your boom plate comes to a decision how lengthy your limbs improve. So now one in all his legs is about 2 inches shorter than the different. He has to positioned on a develop in his shoe and nonetheless limps. perhaps you ought to get little pup boots on your dogs and positioned slightly more beneficial in the bottom of one in all them to even the dimensions up. i don't think of there is any thanks to fix it, yet she will have the capacity to be fantastic.
