i get hungry at night but im trying to lose weight whats a good snack that wont blow me out of the water?

Pop Corn--easy on the butter. Try other toppings like different spices or Parmesan cheese. Also, lots of water will help you feel full. Good luck. It ain't easy losing weight.

Celery is great, all fiber..virtually no calories...and it will help you in the morning...ahem. Skip the peanut butter....your body will store it as fat as soon as you go to sleep.

If you absolutely must have something with more umph then try a cup of unsalted, unbuttered popcorn....it has a teeny bit of carbs when eaten in moderation and that's it.

Just drink water. It will calm your hunger. You may not even really be "hungry" You just need to fight the cravings.
