are NOT taking antibiotics..
.i know one saint who do not take.

but ..
those who do not srictly follow their prinicples.
..may adjust and may take medicines which kills .
..and do HINSA...

Yes they do use anitbiotics. Principle of Ahimsa is not violated as there are certain exceptions to all rules.

to Buddhists killing living being is wrong. But if we don't kill those we're dead hahahaha and when we die can't practice Buddhism no more hahaha.
