.i know one saint who do not take.
but ..
those who do not srictly follow their prinicples.
..may adjust and may take medicines which kills .

Yes they do use anitbiotics. Principle of Ahimsa is not violated as there are certain exceptions to all rules.

as matter of act a common Jain does use antibiotics but the priests or monks in the order do not.
