BPOs in India is just absolutely booming. India has all the factors and criteria to be a successful player in the booming industry. First of all, language (English) skills, mathematical and research skills of engineers, financial analysis for equity analysts, and cheap labor relative to US wages.
Indians are also hard working and highly analytical. I guess only the infrastructure is an area for improvement.
